Successfully Developed Wireless Signal Transmission Load Cells And
Non-Contact Torque Sensors

Founded in 1993, Yixin Industrial Co., Ltd. specialized in the R&D, design, and manufacture in all other relevant
businesses involving force sensors (load, power, torque, pressure) and the indicator controllers. Currently, it has
successfully developed the wireless signal transmission load cells and the non-contact rotary torque sensors.
The utilization of these technologies allows for the increase in quality and precision of the product.

Yixin Industrial Co., Ltd. indicated that the company possesses design and analytic software for load cell and the
testing and calibration equipment for different loads, power, and torque. Additionally, Yixin Industrial Co., Ltd. is
able to design and manufacture load cell and all relevant indicator devices. Of which, the company has already
developed the dual display load, power, torque controller and the dual display multi-channel load, power, torque
controller, which can be used on the various measuring and controlling of weight, power, and torque.

display, and multi-channel load, power, torque indicator controllers, which can be used on the various measuring
and controlling of weight, power, and torque.

In recent years, the company has devoted itself to the development of wireless sensing systems, and have
successfully developed the wireless signal transmission module and the wireless power transfer modules. These
two technologies are thus applied onto the load cell and torque sensors, allowed Yixin Industrial Co., Ltd. to
come up with LRW load cell and NCRT non-contract rotary torque sensor, it enable the transfer of measurement
data to enter the era of wireless. This breakthrough is especially important for equipment that are in constant
operation in which proper placement of the lines or cords is impossible, such as the TCF chuck clamping force
measuring device. In such cases, measuring the clamp force of the clamp in a high-speed spinning condition is
simply impossible without the wireless signal transmission function.
