Having concentrated on the research and development of precision metal cutting machines of various formats
for over 30 years, Kuei Chuan Machinery Co., Ltd. has developed the first cutting machine with a mechanical
transmission structure design – “High-speed precision cutting machine for bar steel” with rapid cutting speed,
high roundness and circularity, low noise production, even surface, coupled with the specially equipped
servomotor “high-speed sizing” feeding system as well as the highest cutting length of 300mm or customizable
design, it can be fully utilized for precision cutting machining of valve train for cars and motorcycles. Through the
brand name “KCM,” this product series has been successfully market to Europe, America, China, Japan, Brazil,
and other international markets.

The general manager of Kuei Chuan Machinery Co., Ltd. Mr. Huiz-Hang Chen, who has indicated this machine
has adopted one mechanical transmission structure design, and therefore its transmission gears have been
precisely grinded, allowing for features of rapid cutting speed as well as low noise production. Also, by well
equipped the machine with a servomotor “high-speed sizing” feeding system design, it is capable of cutting
100 bar steel pieces every minute with even surface and high roundness and circularity. Whether it is quality,

Recently, Kuei Chuan Machinery has developed the heating type “High-speed precision cutting machine for
bar steel” (RF-450IH). Through a specially designed and equipped heating system, the RF-450IH is capable of
heating each bar steel to the best machining temperature of 300~400 degrees Celsius before the execution of
cutting operations, thereby avoiding the material damage to the bar steel during the cutting operation, ensuring
the high safety and quality demand of machining cases. Also equipped with the “servomotor high-speed
sizing” feeding system, the RF-450IH is the best tool for the production of valve train for cars and motorcycles.
