Additionally, the innovative “groove milling machining center” and the “groove grinding machining center” can
effectively execute precision milling and grinding for straight grooves, diagonal grooves and spiral diagonal
grooves, which also includes cutter grooves and spiral grooves, such as the production of woodworking
machinery cutters, plastic pellet mill cutters, nut mills. Besides, it can be paired with any CNC controller of any
brand as well as 4-axis to execute precision spiral diagonal groove milling or grinding operations.
The grinding spindle head is optional to the horizontal groove grinding machine for a 90 degree turn to perform
diagonal grinding machining on the front and back end of the Y-axis. This machine is also capable of performing
precision milling for broach cutters. If the machine is accompanied by one CNC controller and one linear scale
to receive detection of signal, one more accurate precision can be acquired. The “CNC Thread Rolling Die
