                  The First Manufacturer Of Magnet Application Tool In Taiwan

                  Guang Dar Magnet Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in 1966, and it primarily engages in the manufacture of
                  permanent chuck. According to the demand of the grinding machine industry, it developed large-scale machine
                  tools, and then it produced the first-generation electromagnetic chuck in 1971, which was widely recognized
                  within the industry. Ever since, Guang Dar officially stepped into the professional field of magnet application tools.

                  Subsequently, Guang Dar Magnet Industrial Co., Ltd. continued to develop sub-items of magnet application
                  tools such as GLW, GLI, GPL, vacuum chuck, and developed various special tools according to the demand of
                  the industry. For example, it developed over 100 types of products, including magnetic steel sheet separator,
                  magnetic induction block, magnetic base, magnetic separator, and magnetic roller, etc. So far, it is the most
                  professional specialty manufacturer with the most extensive product profile and best-equipped specification in
                  Taiwan. In 2011, it received the 19th Taiwan Excellence Award with its standard powerful magnetic base.

                  Magnet application tools are widely used in the machining industry. With more decades of abundant experiences
                  accumulated for manufacturing technologies, Guang Dar continues to replace the old products with new ones
                  and continuously improve the R&D of various products. Its primary products include the permanent chucks,
                  electromagnetic chucks, chuck controllers, de-magnetizers, and lifters, which may be designed according to
                  customers’ requirements. The products are mainly supplied for grinding machines, EDM, milling machines,
                  machining centers, and various machines with unique designs.


                  The fine-pole permanent magnetic chuck newly developed by Guang Dar has a magnetic field intensity over 900,
                  with the capability of magnetization within 1.5 seconds and demagnetization within 1.5 seconds, which improves
                  working efficiency. It would not lose its magnetization due to sudden power outage that leads to damages of
                  workpiece and staff injuries, possessing improved safety. As there is no electrical load, cut the power once it
                  is magnetized to maintain the long-term magnetization so as to save power without generating heat. With no
                  increasing internal temperature, it is unlikely to deform, providing its high precision, constant repair for the disk
                  force is no longer required. The useful life of the chuck is prolonged, suitable for grinding machines and water-
                  proof processing.

                  With the development of international trade, Guang Dar’s products are sold in over 40 countries worldwide
                  through machinery companies and channels of dealers, allowing the products of Taiwan to stand on the
                  international stage, realizing the initial purpose of naming itself “ Guang Dar.” Currently, it continues to develop
                  new products and visit exhibitions around the globe to learn more about technologies of new machines and
                  products, and in turn, promote the Guang Dar’s products to every corner of the world. Also, it helps the industries
                  in Taiwan to more toward a higher level and demonstrates the strength of the machinery industry in Taiwan to the
