Developed New Type Radial Rivet Machine To Achieve Riveted

Atoli Machinery Co., Ltd. specialized in the R&D and manufacturing of “Hydraulic Riveting Machine” and “Air Hydraulic
Double Axle Riveting Machine” equipment for many years. In order to expand the business marketing network, to
elevate the corporate image, and to provide serve a wider range of clients, Atoli Machinery not only established a
self-made brand of Atoli, which is loved by all clients, but also has continuously developed with new type of Radial
rivet machine from time to time for over 40 years. These products manufactured by Atoli Machinery have achieved
perfectly riveted production, in addition to assisting clients to establish superior production efficiency, thus enabling

The general manager of Atoli Machinery Co., Ltd., Mr. Kun-Ming Hung indicated that the Radial rivet machine adopts
the most advanced and recognized 11 petal plum blossom type riveting technology, therefore riveting material will
be deformed along the diameter, forming a fibrous flow that is in tangent with the workload, highly elevating the
workload capacity. This technology is capable of utilizing electroplated rivets during the machining, with no damage
to the plating after the riveting process. Also, the stability of the riveted product is extremely high, even in cases
where normal rivets are not centered or not clamped. Through this method, since the riveted force is reduced to
the smallest, no occurrence of negative deformation of the materials would appear. Additionally, due to maximized
minimization of the internal stress, no inner cracks would be present. The riveted surface is bright and pleasant to

field of spin riveting, the machine is capable of handling semi-enclosed riveting tasks, or tasks which requires larger
