as well as the continuous improvement towards superiority under the leadership of general manager, Mr.
Keng-Zhang Chang who maintains one thorough understanding principle “persistence is the key to success,”
consecutively has received 4 major awards, which includes OEMA Award, 2017 Golden Hand Award, and the
National Brand Yushan Award. Recently, Equiptop Hitech has also received the 24th Annual Excellence in
Leadership of SMEs in the Central District Award, affirming Equiptop Hitech business operations and superior
experience.

Mr. Keng-Zhang Chang indicated that since joined Fair Friend Group back 13 years ago, the company has solely
concentrated on revolutionizing itself. With the implementation of FNPS and evaluation of each department by
assigning a KPI value, this dual management system has shown be extraordinarily effective. Each step in the
production process, from research and design, manufacturing, to assembly of the finished product is executed
with meticulous and strict quality control. Also, the establishment of a comprehensive mechanical equipment
production list shall serve as a reference for future sales and services. The entire production process for all series
is executed with high precision, high production, and high efficiency, thereby achieving flawless standardization.
Equiptop Hitech Corp’s marketing strategy of adjusting the product line and diversifying the market to open up the
blue ocean has increased the gross profit margin by 2.5 fold, enabling itself to become a machine tool company
with strict governance, financial stability and high employee morale.

Mr. Keng-Zhang Chang pointed out that as the leader in surface grinders, the self-owned brand “Equiptop” which
symbolizes Top equipment, is marketed across the globe in order to elevate the product quality and achieve zero
weakness. The current product line includes Manual Surface Grinders, 3-Axis Automatic Grinder, NC Surface
Grinder, CNC Surface Grinder to CNC Tapping Machining Center and Vertical Machining Center, which have
acquired professional recognition and affirmation internationally on multiple occasions. The TD-Plus (ADC)
has received the Best Product Award from the 15th National Brand Yushan Awards in 2018. The company has
acquired multiple certifications, including ISO 9001 (2015 version) Quality Management System, which is an
accreditation given to a company to indicate that with the use of effective quality control system, the company
had achieved quality assurance, CE-MARK Safety Certification, Precision Machinery Research & Development
Center Type Certification, Grinding Wheel CTS Type Certification, all of which ensured safety in product usage.

Looking forward the future, Mr. Keng-Zhang Chang stressed that only through innovative research and
development would allow the preservation of core technical ability. During its transformation, Equiptop Hitech
Corp. concentrated on the intelligization of surface grinder TF-Plus (ADC), which has assisted in research and
have made progress. The controller system of surface grinders, equal-rule construction bed-type grinders and
other shared modules are all under the protection of separately acquired patent, therefore no competitor dares to
produce any imitations, thereby strengthening the competitiveness of the company’s products. Currently, TD-Plus
