1. Precision Casting Automation: DSA has developed various automated equipment for production processes such as
investment casting, shell molding process, and plaster mold casting process, these equipment include Automatic Wax
Pattern Assembly System, Automatic Wax Cleaning System, Robotic Dipping and Coating with Infrared Shell Mold Rapid
Drying System, Flexible Shell Mold Production System, and Automatic Pouring System.
2. Automatic Solution for Sand Casting Process: DSA provides a comprehensive automatic solution for sand casting
process. Starting off with the use of Automatic Cold Core Coating System, the use of Automatic Laser Marking System
for laser engraving, application of glue and mold clamping through Automatic Dispensing & Mold Assembly System, to the
usage of the Automatic Screwing System, Automatic Sand Core Handling System, and the Automatic Conveyor Integration
(Piled-Up Roller Conveyor for Investment Casting), DSA covers every little detail during tending, proudly delivering a very
comprehensive automation process.
3. Automatic Die Casting System: During the cold die-casting process, the die cast system is integrated with robotic
extractor with release agent sprayer. Other than equipment integration, one can precisely set up a designated area
for the spray, the degree of atomization of spraying the release agent, as well as the temperature of the mold through
the instruction setup, thereby elevating the production quality while minimizing the risk of injury for workers in a high
temperature, dangerous environment.
4. Automatic Solution for After-treatment Process: DSA has developed the specific equipment for the after-treatment
process. The sprue cutting machine, for example, can cut off the excessive part during casting, which is perfect for steel
casting, iron casting, and aluminum casting. The automatic deburring system with robot is capable of eliminating burrs, sand,
and polish all at one workstation. The pressure and the flow of the spray gun on both the automatic sandblasting system
and program-controlled sandblasting system is adjustable to ensure the product quality, which can also be used while
tending to the work, thereby completing the automation of the production line.
5. Machine Automation: Aside from the automatic CMM, CNC machine tending system, DSA also offers relevant peripheral
systems, such as cleaning equipment, conveyor system, end of the line machine automation, Gantry Robot, and automatic
deburring system. Also, DSA is capable of offering intelligent management system depending on the needs of the clients,
thus making the production smarter, more convenient.
6. AI Manufacturing System: DSA assists clients in the integration of physical and virtual parts of a corporation in the
field of metal manufacturing through the implantation of the intelligent system. AI is perfectly integrated into the hardware
equipment system in accordance with the hardware equipment. Through various detection components, data is collected
and uploaded to the cloud. By using Doman Know-How, organization and categorization of Big-data on the cloud is
